Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM (Sat 11 AM) on open business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on holidays, or while the studio is closed are delivered on the next available business day. Selecting a delivery date at checkout does not guarantee same-day delivery if the order is placed after the cutoff or outside business hours. If the requested date is unavailable we will try to reach you by phone or email; if we can’t reach you, the order is delivered on the soonest available date.
Delivery times
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We make every effort to complete standard deliveries before 5:00 PM and prioritize funeral and service-related deliveries whenever possible.

We deliver within the ZIP codes below. Fees are shown at checkout once the delivery address is entered. If you need delivery outside our normal area, call (919) 351-2586 before ordering.

Hospitals, nursing homes and care facilities
Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers and similar facilities are made to the front desk, reception area or designated delivery location only. Because of facility policies and privacy rules, we cannot deliver directly to patient or resident rooms. Selma Flower Co. is not responsible for delays caused by facility staff or internal procedures.
Delivery confirmation
When available, a delivery confirmation or photo is provided. Once an order is delivered to the address or approved location provided, Selma Flower Co. is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or not promptly collected.
Address accuracy and redelivery
Please provide accurate, complete delivery information, including gate codes or access instructions. Each order includes one delivery attempt; redelivery because of an incorrect or incomplete address, restricted access or a refused delivery may carry an additional fee. If a delivery cannot be completed we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Weather and unsafe conditions
Deliveries may be delayed by severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control. In those cases delivery is completed on the next safe and available delivery date.
No store pick-up
Every order is hand-delivered by our local team, so there’s no store pick-up.
