Program description
Selma Flower Co. runs a transactional SMS program to keep customers informed about their flower orders. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Selma Flower Co. at the mobile number you provide at checkout. Messages may include:
- Order confirmations
- Order status updates, such as when your order is out for delivery
- Delivery confirmations, which may include a link to a photo of the delivered flowers
- Replies to questions you send us about your order
This is a transactional program only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this SMS program.
How to opt in
To join, check the box labeled “YES, send me SMS order updates” during checkout at selmaflowerco.com. The box is unchecked by default and is optional — you opt in only by checking it yourself. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can place an order without opting in to SMS.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the status of your order. Most customers receive a few messages per order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Selma Flower Co. does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then you will receive no further text messages from us. To join again, opt in at checkout on a future order.
