Delivery only
We are delivery only and do not offer store pick-up. Every order is delivered.
Quality concerns
We take pride in the quality and freshness of our work. If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the concern and find the right resolution. We may ask for time-stamped photos or arrange to collect the original item.
We do not guarantee a specific lifespan for flowers or plants; longevity depends on variety, environment and care. Most fresh arrangements last about 7 days or longer, though results vary.
Refunds and replacements
Because flowers are perishable and custom-made, refunds are not available after 24 hours, and items that have been used, altered or discarded are not eligible. Depending on the circumstances we may offer a replacement arrangement or another resolution agreed with you. An order confirmed as delivered to the correct address that is later misplaced, discarded or damaged by weather or delayed retrieval is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Substitutions
Seasonal availability and market conditions sometimes require substitutions. We always keep the overall style, color palette and value of the arrangement, and any substituted flowers, containers or plants are of equal or greater value. We will try to contact you about a major substitution; during holidays or time-sensitive deliveries substitutions may be made without notice so your order arrives on time. Refunds or cancellations are not issued because of substitutions.
Cancellations and changes
Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once flowers are prepared, product is reserved or processing has started, cancellations and refunds are not available. If a change is requested before fulfillment, we may reschedule the delivery date or approve a partial refund minus a cancellation fee of up to 30%, based on order status, timing and product availability.
